SEIF Context Workstation
Start here to design, test, build and run reliable context for AI agents.
Build reliable context for AI agents
SEIF Context Workstation helps you decide what an agent may know for a particular task, prove that the intended material is present, and release that exact context as an immutable Context Build. It records why each material was selected or excluded. The Workstation can run locally; the browser app covers the core Context Lab loop.
Choose your starting point
| You want to… | Start with |
|---|---|
| Create and publish an agent without installing software | Work in the browser |
| Connect files on your computer, databases, APIs, models or WhatsApp | Install the local Workstation |
| Understand what a source, layer, profile, Build or trace means | Core concepts |
| Build an agent, connect tools, publish releases or integrate an application | Advanced workflows |
| Follow the first project in Portuguese | Primeiros passos |
For the complete workflow, use the project file guide, agent guide, connection guide, release guide and troubleshooting guide.
The first ten minutes
- Open SEIF Cloud, create an account and choose a starting point such as Customer support.
- Describe the agent’s job and behavior. In Model, connect OpenAI or use labelled Rehearsal while designing.
- Add written knowledge in Knowledge, then Try it and inspect the actual context delivered.
- Add or refine scenarios in Tests. Run them, create an immutable Release, and publish in development.
- Use Integrate to call the stable URL from your backend. Report outcomes so Performance shows whether the task succeeded.
- Switch to Context engineering for the layer map, Perspective Mixer, context tests and Context Builds. Export the project when you want its files and agent drafts on your own machine.
The context stages are Design → Test → Build → Deploy → Observe. The browser exposes the design and validation surfaces; the local app adds standalone runtime, registry promotion and historical trace investigation. Compare the surfaces.
A useful distinction
A Context Build determines what the agent receives. It does not prove that a model read it, followed it or gave a correct answer. A trace reports observed delivery; any unreported consumption remains UNKNOWN.
The older SEIF protocol and CLI for provenance, workspaces and signed artifacts remain available under CLI and protocol reference. They are related foundations, while the Context Workstation is the primary product experience.
