1. First touch (under 5 minutes target)
Waitlist → OAuth → onboarding (workspace → bind → optional pod) → first proof via push + Explore.
2. Daily loop in the Hub
Propose decisions, open deliveries, record sessions and memory, ask Assist (read-only). Provenance is substrate; Work + Propose + Assist are the hero.
3. Teammates and roles
Owner grants contribute / maintain on the Access tab (engine grants —
no org/teams invite product yet).
4. When you need the CLI
Bind, push/pull, and cycle close-ritual stay in CLI/IDE. The Hub will not pretend those are finished in the browser.
5. Verify publicly
Open /explore or dashboard Verify for transparency proofs.
