3. License grant

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Services for internal business or personal use during your subscription term. We retain all IP rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate applicable law (Marco Civil, LGPD); bypass quotas/auth; reverse-engineer proprietary components; resell without consent; distribute malware/DoS; submit third-party personal data without lawful basis.

Payment via a Merchant of Record (payment processor TBD; the MoR handles taxes). Auto-renewing unless cancelled. Cancel anytime via the processor portal or [email protected]. Refunds per our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You retain all IP in content submitted for signing. You grant us license to: process for signature generation; store canonical hash in transparency log; make signature metadata accessible via Evidence URL. Original content NOT persisted by default.
