1. Overview
30-day money-back guarantee on your first SEIF Pro subscription — no questions asked. Applies to Pro tier via our Merchant of Record (payment processor TBD). Enterprise governed by separate agreements.
2. Eligibility
- First Pro subscription for the workspace.
- Within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Valid transaction with our Merchant of Record.
Not eligible: renewals, Enterprise contracts, self-billing keys, accounts terminated for breach.
3. Monthly Pro ($29/mo)
Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. After that, cancel anytime — access until end of billing period + 7-day grace.
4. Annual Pro ($290/yr)
Full refund within 30 days. After that, non-refundable — access for full year. Cancel prevents next renewal.
5. Early-access ($9/mo)
Same 30-day window applies to the promotional rate.
6. How to request
Email [email protected] with: account email, order / transaction number, optional reason.
Acknowledgment within 2 business days. Processing within 5-10 business days.
7. Processing
Refunded to original payment method via our Merchant of Record. Upon refund, workspace reverts to Free tier after 24h grace. Existing signatures remain accessible (cryptographically anchored).
8. Brazilian consumer rights (CDC)
CDC art. 49 statutory 7-day withdrawal right applies in addition to this policy for Brazilian consumers. No justification required.
9. Disputes
Dispute via our Merchant of Record, Procon, or Consumidor.gov.br.
10. Changes
Material changes notified via email. Do not retroactively affect prior purchases.
